The room had a safe, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. Walk-in showers were a plus for me. the location was marvelous, near an athletic field and convenient for getting around. It was also close to Arrowtown and Shotover activities.

Appreciated every detail about my really nice 2 nights stay here. The place was reasonably priced. The staff were knowledgeable and always welcoming, it was a bonus. This accommodation had a central setting very close to town centre.

the bathroom had mold growing on the roof, the pillows were the very uncomfortable and it advertised a service a airport shuttle but it didnt have one. very dissapointing to find once i had arrived. that was the reason i booked at the bella vista motel.

friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, rooms on smaller side but adequate, great location if you want to be in a quieter section of town. A bit pricey for what you get compared to other accommodations.

The hotel was fantastic and comfortable. the staff were amazingly attentive. Loved the excellent location close to supermarkets and good cafes. Our hosts were extremely helpful - we left our car and luggage for five days while we went hiking. They were friendly and informative and nothing was too much trouble. The room was all we needed - en suite and microwave/kettle/fridge. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable, perfect for our requirements.

Excellent value and gorgeous accommodation
Excellent setting just off the shops, the centre in 5 minutes and all the attractions. Nicely furnished and beautifully maintained rooms with a comfy bed and big bathroom. - Efficient staff
